At ACE Technology, our engineering expertise is both broad and deep, covering every aspect of the engineering process thanks to our team of highly experienced professionals.

From the design and manufacture of patterns and moulds, leveraging decades of experience across metallic and composite materials, to our in-house capabilities in jig and fixture design and manufacturing, we ensure precision and quality in every project. Our facility boasts advanced technologies, including the Markforged MK2 for 3D printing, along with 3 and 5 Axis machining capabilities for carbon and Rohocell, ensuring we can meet the most complex of manufacturing challenges.

We also offer automated kit cutting, utilising CNC technology for precise material cutting. For pre-preg laminating and autoclave processing, our clean room protocols and full-size autoclaves guarantee the highest standards of quality. At ACE Technology, we’re equipped to handle all your composite material needs with unmatched expertise and technology.

what we do

ACE Technology boasts an impressive array of facilities designed to meet the diverse needs of advanced composite manufacturing and engineering. Their equipment includes a variety of HAAS CNC machining centers, with capabilities ranging from 3/4 axis vertical machining to the more complex 5-axis CNC machining offered by the Belotti FLU 2617. This machinery supports a wide range of dimensions and precision requirements, essential for producing high-quality components across various sectors.

To complement their machining capabilities, ACE employs advanced CAD/CAM software including Solidworks, OneCNC, and Autodesk, facilitating the design and manufacture of intricate parts with high precision. Their operation is further enhanced by multiple climate-controlled clean rooms, varying in size, which are crucial for sensitive manufacturing processes requiring controlled environments.

The facility also houses several autoclaves with varying capacities, critical for composite material curing processes under specific temperature and pressure conditions. Their commitment to quality and precision is evident in the fully equipped inspection room, adhering to ISO9001: 2015 standards, and the planned upgrade to their inspection equipment with the MetraSCAN750 and HandyProbe Next.

ACE’s dedication to leading-edge technology and optimal manufacturing environments is also showcased in their specialized kit cutting rooms, one of which features state-of-the-art IECHO machinery, and their investment in 3D printing technology capable of working with advanced materials like Onyx, Fiberglass, Kevlar, and Carbon. This comprehensive suite of facilities and equipment positions ACE Technology at the forefront of composite material innovation and manufacturing excellence.
